Our design and software engineers possess mastery knowledge of the AV world. They design intricate, innovative systems for each customer based on their and product requirements. We invest in our engineers to ensure they have the necessary job skills in loading, testing, and troubleshooting control systems such as Crestron , Cisco, Extron, ClearOne, AMX, Polycom and Biamp. We expect our engineers to obtain their CTS certifications and possess strong leadership qualities to lead a team of installers for any job.

Our installation teams are comprised of union electrician and teledata trained workers. We provide positive work conditions that include fair wages, safe working conditions, healthcare benefits, retirement plans/annuities/401K and more. In addition to their unique training, we ensure each AV technician possess a CTS certificate and fundamental programming training to solve and troubleshoot any issue on the job. These training skills give our install teams a clear advantage over everyone in the industry.
